Standard shipping is free worldwide*.

Express delivery is charged depending on your country.

You will receive a tracking number, and email notifications to keep you informed of the status of the delivery.

Taxes are to be paid upon receipt of the package according to the laws in force in the country of destination. All the possible customs charges remain the responsibility of the buyer.

*For the Archive sale, the standard delivery is free from 100€. Below this amount, the delivery is 7,50€.

The customer has 30 days from receipt of the product to return it.

Provided that the products are still in their original packaging and that they have not been worn, washed, ironed, altered or soiled, the buyer has a withdrawal period of thirty (30) working days from the date of delivery of his order.

As of reception of the conformed return, Tricot commits itself refunding the returned products within thirty (30) days as from the date on which Tricot is informed of the decision of the purchaser to retract. A confirmation email will be sent to you.

We offer 3 types of returns:

- the reimbursement

- exchange: valid only on the same product ordered but in another size

- the voucher: of the amount of your order and valid on the whole site.

To make a return :

- In France: returns are free of charge for an exchange or for a voucher. For the refund of your order, the return costs are charged to the customer.

Just follow the procedure on our return portal and you will receive a slip by email. If you want an exchange with the same product but in a different size, just choose the product in the return procedure. If you want an exchange in a different color or cut, select "voucher".

- In Belgium, Germany, Spain, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Portugal: you just have to follow the procedure on the return portal. The return is at the customer's expense (7€) but you will receive a return slip by email generated by Tricot. To exchange a product, you must return the product and upon receipt, the chosen product is sent to you.

- For other countries: the return is at the total charge of the customer. It is up to the customer to choose his carrier and to send the product to the following address

All our shipments to the European Union are inclusive of all taxes (TTC) according to the rate of Value Added Tax in force in the territory of delivery.
