Are exchanges possible?

To exchange an item in France, please send an email to hello@tricotparis.com to request a return slip and to tell us what exchange you want to make. You will then receive an email with the slip. Upon receipt of your return in accordance with the return policy, we will send you the requested item. 

To exchange an item in the rest of the world, please send an email to hello@tricotparis.com to indicate the exchange you wish to make and send the returned item to the following address

As soon as we receive your return in accordance with the return policy, we will send you the requested item. 

I made a mistake in my order, what can I do?

Please send an email immediately to hello@tricotparis.com. 15 minutes after confirmation of the order, it will no longer be possible to change the delivery address and change the order.

What payment methods are accepted? 

We accept payments via American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Paypal, ShopPay. and Apple Pay. It is also possible to pay in 3 times with Klarna.

How do I find my size?

In each product page, you will find a measurement chart for the sweaters and a "Find my size" help asking you to indicate your age, height and weight to find the size that fits you best. In the "Size Guide" drop-down box, you will find information on the product's fit and tips for choosing your size.
