TRICOTHOUSE OF CASHMERE

Tricot is a Cashmere company founded in Paris in 2019 by Rémi de Laquintane.

The house's aim is to create timeless cashmeres that transcend ephemeral fashion trends, designed to stand the test of time.

The choice of Cashmere, with the imagination it conveys but not only. 

Cashmere embodies softness, style, a love of beautiful things and respect for a rare savoir-faire. It's a precious material, but harvesting it is difficult and demanding, requiring time and expert hands to work.

From the manufacturing process in Italian spinning mills to becoming a part of your everyday life. Every Tricot piece is designed to stand out, to be exceptional. It represents the union of tradition and modernity, where Cashmere becomes much more than just a fabric, it becomes a look, an attitude.

Made from recycled Cashmere , Tricot is much more than a women's and men's fashion brand: it's a form of elegance that's easy, immediate and obvious.

It's a unisex cut that, while deceptively classic, is actually the fruit of in-depth research. It's the carefully crafted colors that dare to take a different path. It's the discreet yet perfectly visible topstitching, finely knitted. These distinctive details instantly identify an attitude Tricot.

Yet beyond these apparent details, there are those that remain invisible to the eye. A Cashmere Tricot is made from the strongest yarns, carefully selected by 

our workshops in Italy. Much of our Cashmere is recycled, which not only makes it more beautiful, but also more durable and resistant. Our pieces are knitted near Venice, Italy, with three yarns instead of two, creating a stitch of unrivalled quality. This is how Tricot sweaters are born, designed to last almost forever.

Featuring long sleeves and five different collars: Crewneck turtleneck, v-neck, zip-neck or polo, these sweaters offer you a new garment with a timeless air, a look and an attitude.

The women's and men's Tricot sweaters have an oversized "boxy" sweater cut: this means they are slightly baggy and tightened by ribbing at the waist and cuffs.

Whether you're looking for a men's or women's sweater, we offer every color: black, off-white, camel, beige, navy, khaki, brown, ecru and many more to suit every taste. We also offer sweaters with embroidery, a collection designed in collaboration with Nina Koltchitskaia.

By following these few rules, your Tricot sweater will stay with you for a long time:

- Cashmere loves water: it will even become softer with each wash.

- On the other hand, it doesn't like heat: wash cold, with a delicate program and little detergent. Or better still, by hand. 

- The programs dedicated to wool have a very light spin: this suits your Tricot very well. 



- Dry flat, in the open air, in its original shape, without ever twisting it. 



- If required, it can be ironed with a very soft iron.

Our cut is designed with sweatshirt-inspired boxy volume. The fit is slightly loose, then tightened at the waist. This is the basis of all our models: only the collar changes, to suit every taste:
